ABOUT ME
After six years of her own yoga practice, Lisa decided to finally follow her inner calling and travel to India to experience and learn about the tradition and philosophy of yoga in its country of origin.
She chose a 200-hour Teacher Training in the beautiful Arambol, Goa.
Never would she have thought that this would turn out to be the best decision of her life. The transformation during the course was immense.
"I healed, I grew, and now I’m ready to follow my path."
She dove deep into philosophy, Ayurveda, and the "eight limbs of yoga" and realized that this is her path. She continuously educates herself so she can pass on this knowledge in her practice and yoga classes.
Her "Dharma" – her "purpose" – is to help people feel comfortable with themselves and their bodies.
She deeply integrates Indian philosophy into her teaching so that the tradition of SADHANA – the spiritual practice – is preserved.
